Follow these steps in order to use the Lucid CDRW with iTunes and Disck Burner under Mac OS 9.1 to Mac OS 9.2.x:
- Download the MCECDR.sit file and double click to unstuff it if it does not unstuff automatically.
- Drop the "MCECDR" Authoring Support File into the "Authoring Support Files" folder located in the "Extensions" folder within your "System Folder".
- Remove the "MatshitaCDR" file from the "Authoring Support Files" folder but keep it safely on your hard drive in another location such as a folder on your desktop. (When you next update your system software it is recommended to first go back and replace the "MCECDR" with the "MatshitaCDR" file.)
- Restart your Mac and you will now be able to use the Lucid Drive with iTunes and Disc Burner.
